CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges due to hygiene reasons. We will ONLY return/exchange the item if the order was received in poor condition.

HOW CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

TIME WINDOW FOR REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN

The time window in which you can request an exchange or a return is 14 days after the order was delivered.

WARRANTY

All our items have a six month warranty starting from the day your order is delivered. The warranty is valid against defects of materials and/or workmanship. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse.

DELIVERY TIME AND COST

For all orders the courier is Royal Mail.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to view your order. Deliveries within the UK will be sent first class and will be signed for. This is our standard method and the cost of this is included.
Ambar ships to countries in The European Zone as well.

WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED?

Some of our pieces are Made to Order, please allow 3-5 working days (depending on demand) for shipment. Please contact us help@ambarcollections.com if you need an urgent order and we will try our best to accommodate any requests where possible.
